NYC FAIR has created this survey to find out how families feel about Day Services reopening now – OPWDD has written guidance for agencies but are all our concerns addressed?
This survey is a chance for you to indicate what you would like to have happen now and in the near future– What do you think right now?
NYC FAIR has written a plain language summary of the guidelines that OPWDD requires of agencies to re-open. CLICK HERE
Individual agencies may have added other precautions to best keep people safe – you can find out from your agency if they are taking any other precautions.
